7:14 p.m. Minutes
PRenaud read the minutes of the May 14, 2012 meeting.
The following changes were made:
Line 7: Added that MSteere sat in for SChicoine
Line 111: The word "created" was replaced by "discovered" to read "The most recent subdivision of the Belmore land on Cornwell Road resulted in the "discovery" of this lot..."
Other minor and typographical changes.
JFletcher moved to accept the minutes as amended. PRenaud seconded. All in favor, the motion carried.

7:34 Discussion about Lot R6-38
Eric Taylor questioned the Board and there was general discussion regarding Lot R6-38 and the timeline for the Town's receipt of the survey. Chairman Marshall noted that the minutes from the 5/14/2012 meeting include a recent discussion involving the Lot R6-38 property. He was given a copy of the preliminary minutes.

7:45 Tree Trimming and Pole Replacement by PSNH
BMarshall opened the public hearing and read the procedures.

JFletcher asked the Board if it thought he should recuse himself from discussion concerning the work by PSNH. KO’Connell moved that, since there would be no fiduciary benefit by JFletcher as a result of his vote, that he need not recuse himself from the discussion. PRenaud seconded. All in favor, the motion carried.

David Crane of PSNH discussed the tree trimming on Cornwell and Old County Roads as part of the replacement and addition of utility poles. Five poles to be added are an extension of the Cornwell Road line to reach a new customer's property. A new pole is being relocated at the request of the Greenfield DPW Supervisor on Old County Road and tree trimming is to be done to existing standards on another pole. For this work, PSNH will contract with Asplundh Tree Expert Company.

DCrane will forward to the Board the RSA # referencing the new procedure for contacting property owners whose trees will be affected, DCrane mentioned that he had met with some property owners including a representative from Monadnock Conservancy and Otter Brook Farm manager, Bryn Dumas. DCrane said he will contact all property owners potentially affected by the tree work before any cutting begins.

7:58 Tree Trimming and Pole Replacement by PSNH - Public Meeting Closed
Two members of the public were in attendance at the hearing. BMarshall asked if there were any questions from the public. Being none, Bmarshall closed the public hearing.

KO’Connell moved to approve the tree cutting plan as presented at the public hearing. PRenaud seconded. All in favor, the motion carried.

8:00 SWRPC to Present the Master Plan
BMarshall mentioned that Lisa Murphy of Southwest Regional Planning Commission will present a her first draft of her findings from the vision data on June 25th.

8:10 Cell Tower Application Deadline
PRenaud noted that May 23rd is the deadline for Florida Tower Partners to comply with the May 23, 2011 conditions of approval for the Zephyr Lake Tower. PRenaud read from the FCC Telecommunications Act, Section 704 regarding procedure. Discussion ensued about the process for the Planning Board. BMarshall will talk with Town counsel.
